With two of the biggest shopping days of the year for etailers coming up, everyone’s looking for a new way to get ahead of the competition. At this point, customers don’t just assume big deals are coming the day after Thanksgiving—they’re expecting it.
For your etailer clients, just looking at the 2014 holiday eCommerce trends isn’t enough. Help them get a jump on this holiday season by giving them actionable advice they can run with before the summer fades and the leaves start to turn.
Customers will have 26 days between Black Friday and Christmas this year. This is one less than last year and five fewer than 2012.
The holidays always come and go like a whirlwind. Most etailers are too busy fixing website bugs and keeping up with orders to be able to step back and see how their marketing efforts paid off during the season.
The holidays are a perfect time to reach out to your prospects, but sometimes it can be hard wishing them happy holidays without being either too cheesy or too formal.
