Drake's Sales Hack: Test New Ideas to Stand Out to Your Prospects
I always like to test new ideas to stand out. I want to constantly be thinking about how I can be different in order to grab a prospect's attention. This may include thoughtful research about the prospect accompanied with trying out new wording in my communication. If I notice a pattern that consistently yields a response, I will continue with that idea, but I still remain on my toes about what may work better for different types of prospects. I never want to practice dull or plain outbound efforts just to get the email or message out!

El Five! Amazing tapas, drinks, and rooftop views of downtown Denver…can’t beat it!
What drove you to begin a sales career in eCommerce?
The explosive growth! A mind-blowing stat I recently saw was how online sales account for less than 20% of all retail purchases, but that number is estimated to be closer to 95% by 2040.

Here are my top ways to leverage etailinsights: 1) filtering by technologies that the etailer is using - etailinsights has hands down been the most accurate out of all the tools we have used, 2) connecting with merchants who are growing rapidly, 3) filtering by revenue so we can make sure we are talking to the right etailers who are a good fit for us, 4) finding merchants who have recently switched eCommerce platforms to see how we can help, and lastly 5) seamlessly downloading lists to make my outreach easier.
What is your favorite eCommerce Conference and why?
Our team attends a lot of Retail Summit’s eCommerce conferences that they put together across the country and internationally. I’m planning to attend Denver eCommerce Summit on July 13!
