Donna's Sales Hack: Leverage Social Media
Leverage Social Media! Social media has been a very powerful tool not only for individuals but for businesses too; so my sales hack is leveraging it. If you want to increase brand awareness, posting regularly on Facebook and LinkedIn will work wonders. If you’re on the lookout for more leads or you want to grow your network, joining relevant groups on these platforms is a smart move. I also find engaging or interacting with your prospects on a more personal level, beyond just business interactions, fosters warmer relationships and increases the likelihood of successful sales.
Aside from Facebook and LinkedIn, there are other platforms you can tap into such as Instagram, and even TikTok. The key is to choose the one that best aligns with your business goals and target audience.

Donna, what is your favorite restaurant where you live and why?
I live in the Philippines where fast food chains are more popular than traditional restaurants so I don’t really have a favorite. I must say that home-cooked meals are much better. If I were to pick the best restaurant though, it would be Manam because they serve Filipino dishes like Sisig, Kare-Kare, Crispy Pata, and a lot more. My favorite food there is Sinigang. Whether it’s prepared with pork or prawns, I simply love Sinigang. Moreover, my dining experiences there have always been great.
What drove you to begin a sales career in eCommerce?
I’ve always been interested to know how things work behind the scenes, like what happens before an item gets delivered, how it gets delivered, and what are the processes involved before it reaches the end customer. When I worked at an e-fulfillment company before, I had the opportunity to delve into the details and was exposed to the different stages of the buying cycle. That experience also led me to where I am now.
How does Reveel help etailers?
How are you using etailinsights to find eCommerce leads?
We have been using etailinsights for a few months now and it has proven to be an invaluable asset to my team. One thing we love about it is the Shopping Cart Analyzer. It provides essential insights about our leads including the carriers that they use, order volume per day, key executives, industry, and a lot more. Additionally, the app’s Advanced Search makes it easier for us to filter leads based on our target companies. Another useful feature is the List Genius. With the CRM integrations, this helps us match and append data that is already in HubSpot. We’re glad that a powerful app like etailinsights is available.

What is your favorite eCommerce Conference and why?
I haven't had the opportunity to attend an eCommerce conference in my area. I’ve been to trade shows and exhibits instead. However, I'm excited to share that our company will be participating in the PARCEL Forum this September. We are all looking forward to this event.
