etailinsights Power User Interview
Tim, what is your favorite restaurant in Boston, and why?
Uni. Boston has no shortage of amazing places to eat but I’d have to say my favorite spot is Uni. Tony Messina, the executive chef/owner is a genius, and the place is a mix of both the best sushi you’ll eat, as well as his creative take on Asian street food. A close second is Anna’s Taqueria. I would live inside one of their carnitas burritos if I could.
What drove you to begin a sales career in eCommerce?
I worked in eCommerce from 2008-2013 before taking some time off to run a small construction business. What’s amazing about eCommerce is it is always evolving, which brought me back. You need to keep learning and perfecting your craft or you’ll be left in the dust. That excites me.

How are you using etailinsights to source eCommerce leads?
Feefo is in a growth stage in the US, so my team attacks different verticals daily. etailinsights is an incredible tool because of the detail you’re able to use in your search parameters. We’re able to stay organized by region, vertical, and revenue which allows us to get the most out of our outreach. What really impresses me is that the etailinsights' team not only offers a dynamic product but are always willing to show my team and me different ways to get the most out of the platform. The fact we’re able to search companies based on the technology they’re using is also an immense help in prospecting.
What is your favorite Top 40 eCommerce Conference and why?
I haven’t been to many, but I’ve heard CommerceNext is incredible. I definitely hope to attend soon.
