Before I started working in sales, I definitely bought into the widespread belief that sales can be hyper-competitive and at times cut-throat. While it is important to maintain a competitive edge and stand out, I think it's equally as important to join a sales team that has a collaborative and encouraging culture. I've found that more people are willing to help you learn and grow than you might think. At the end of the day, being a part of a strong team makes the wins a whole lot better and the losses not hit as hard.

Paige, what is your favorite restaurant in Charleston? And, why?

Has to be Chick-fil-A. I'm a firm believer that consistency is key and no matter where you go, you'll have a hot chicken sandwich, salty fries, and a 'my pleasure' waiting for you.

What drove you to begin a sales career in eCommerce?

What really intrigued me about eCommerce sales was just how fast the industry is growing. Sales really exposes you to all aspects of business, especially in eCommerce it's very multi-faceted. I'm in a great position to learn from industry leaders and also provide merchants with a solution to grow their business online.

How does Visiture help etailers?

How are you using etailinsights to find eCommerce leads?

I've found that etailinsights has consistently been one of the most user friendly and accurate tools to source eCommerce leads. One of my favorite features is creating lists that are extremely targeted based on online revenue, title/role, and/or certain technologies being used. With the Salesforce integration, it is extremely easy to push qualified contacts right into our database. Additionally, because we work with a variety of brands across all industry verticals, it's even easier to send targeted messaging centered on a specific case study, for example, to brands that would find that most relevant by using Tags to source new companies in that specific vertical.

What is your favorite Top 40 eCommerce Conference  and why?

I really enjoyed the eTail Virtual Summit and Expo in February. It served as a really great networking event to connect with merchants of all sizes across a variety of industry verticals. Additionally, the speakers always provide valuable insights into emerging eCommerce trends and omnichannel tactics.
