This is one of Moovweb's Core Values and something I try to represent in my work. 

Sales is all about understanding needs and delivering value, and in order to do this well you need to align yourself with the customer's world and care about their success. Moovweb as a company works towards this goal from pre-sales all the way through to customer success. We develop strong relationships with our customers and strive to offer value at every step.

With this in mind, their success is our success and vice versa, so we get to share in victories together, all while strengthening our partnerships.

TJ, what is your favorite restaurant in San Francisco and why?

Lolinda (An Argentinian Steakhouse).

They have amazing cuts of meats and the BEST chimichurri sauce, which I don't say lightly. It's tapas style which allows you to sample a bunch of different plates, and it is a fantastic place to bring guests when they visit SF.

On a scale of good to great, I've had multiple people tell me it's the best meal they ever had. (Pro-Tip: go with a big group so you can order a bunch of things!)

What drove you to begin a sales career in eCommerce?

The whole buying process is changing in today's landscape, and physical retail is experiencing a decline which puts a lot of pressure on the eCommerce side of the business to perform. At Moovweb, I get to offer a solution that helps online business sell more, which makes sales in this industry a lot of fun!

How does Moovweb help etailers?

Moovweb helps etailers make it easier for their consumers to buy on mobile. Mobile accounts for over 50% of online traffic, yet it only makes up 1/3 or 1/4 of the online revenue for most etailers.

Just about everyone can recount a frustrating experience of struggling to buy something on a mobile device. That's where we help! Our products center around creating the optimal buying experience, which results in increased conversion rates for our customers.

How are you using etailinsights to source eCommerce Leads or build a Directory of Online Retailers?

etailinsights has been a fantastic product for us! It's my favorite tool to quickly research a company and identify good targets. You can hone in on tech stack, dev frameworks, revenue figures, number of orders, etc. and the list goes on!

No matter what criteria you use to identify targets, etailinsights can help. From there you're able to quickly find the relevant leads and easily contact the right people at those organizations. I can't say enough good things about this tool and how much it helps me in my day to day!

What is your favorite Top 40 eCommerce Conference  and why?

ShopTalk is my favorite conference - for both business and a good time!

It's hard to go wrong with a show in Vegas, but the organizers have created a very interactive event with Shoptalk, which makes it a great place for networking and business development.
